Dear Player, Parent or Guardian

You are cordially invited to attend, with your family, a presentation evening for our junior squad members on Friday 15^th October at the Old Actonians Cricket Ground, Gunnersbury Drive, Popes Lane, Ealing.

There will be a buffet prior to the presentations and the food will be served starting at 7.00pm. A bar will be available.

Each player who has represented Middlesex at any age group will receive a certificate with trophies being presented to "Best Bat", "Best Bowler" etc in each age group.

There will be a charge of £5.00 per head to cover the cost of hiring the hall and the food. A Family ticket is available at £12.00 to cover entrance for a family of three. Any additional persons would be charged at £3 per person, i.e. £15.00 for 4 persons, £18 for five persons etc.

Please fill in the enclosed form to indicate whether you (and your family) will be attending as we need to know how many to cater for. We need to receive confirmation by 30^th September so that we can inform Old Actonians C.C. of the numbers involved. If the number applying is too great then places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so please reply as soon as possible. Please note that no tickets will be issued. All players returning forms should assume that they have places unless contacted by myself. Please send a cheque with the form and make payable to MWCCC Juniors.
